Arahura Jade Carvers Stone
An 18.25lb piece of raw Kawakawa jade ethically sourced from the Arahura River, Westland, New Zealand. The face has been polished to 1000 diamond grit to reveal the full character of the stone. This is a significant carving capable stone and will produce many excellent pieces with aesthetic appeal. When thinly sliced it displays stunning translucency, particularly at its tapered edges.
